Course Description: This class is designed to provide participants with an overview of capnography monitoring.

Target Audience: Nurses and Respiratory Care Practitioners

Learning Outcome: At the conclusion of this educational activity, participants will demonstrate knowledge gain of what capnography is, capnography use, interpretation, applicability, and how it can assist the healthcare professional by passing the post test with at least 80%.

Length of Course: 60 minutes

Credit Statements:

Licensed Nurses: Upstate AHEC is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Upon successful completion of this program, participants will receive 1.0 contact hours.

Respiratory Care Practitioners: 1.0 clock hours will be awarded by Upstate AHEC, an approved provider of continuing education for respiratory care practitioners by the SC Board of Medical Examiners.
