Course Description: This course will provide healthcare professionals with information regarding sepsis. The course defines sepsis and states causative agents, identifies those at risk, discusses diagnoses and complications. The presenter will discuss treatments and state cost to facilities for sepsis infections in institutions. A discussion of how to prevent sepsis will be included as well as the future of sepsis of infections will be discussed.
