Course Description: This course will identify the three types of Congenital Muscular Torticollis (CMT) and their impact on treatment outcomes. A review of the inclusion criteria for CMT is discussed as well as EBP approaches to treatment. A review of co-conditions that may be present and treatment approaches to address co-conditions is presented.

Learning Outcomes: After completing this activity, the participant will be able to:
- Review inclusion criteria for a diagnosis of congenital muscular torticollis (CMT).
- Identify three types of CMT and their impact on treatment outcomes.
- Apply current evidence based practice (EBP) to parent education and treatment approaches.
- Discuss current incidence and treatment approaches for cranial deformation.
- Review concurrent co-conditions that may be present and treatment approaches to address these.
- Review recommendations for wellness education programs in your community.
