Course Description: This presentation will provide participants with basic pronunciation and vocabulary needed to communicate with Spanish speaking patients in the social worker's professional setting.

Learning Outcomes: After completing this activity, the participant will be able to:

Review and practice the basics of Spanish pronunciation.

• Develop and/or extend a base vocabulary of medical terms and phrases in Spanish.

• Read and understand basic words and phrases.
