Course Description: This course discusses tools for personal and professional self-assessment including the dynamics of self-knowing. It will help the healthcare professional develop emotional intelligence by utilizing the emotional intelligence framework. The course describes how empathy affects patient outcomes and discusses tools necessary to continue the life-long process of self-discovery.
