Course Description:  This course is designed to explore various aspects of population health financial considerations.  Key issues including cost benefit calculations, return on investment ratio's and estimating value will be covered. Estimating savings opportunities and the financial factors that help guide decision making and priorities within population health are points of emphasis.  Practical exercises to apply knowledge and techniques and a simulation exercise for population health planning is included. This is part 2 of a 2 part series. Part I is Population Health: Cutting Edge or Lagging Indicator.
