Course Description:  This course is part of a 4 session program that will provide some of the latest knowledge and skills to develop or enhance your work knowledge, performance and productivity.  New leadership skill can bring about increased responsibility and provide new opportunities for growth and advancement. 

Upon completion of these sessions, you should be able to become more proactive in assisting your  manager or boss in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the work need to be done in order to ensure your organization's future success and profitability.

If desired, those who take the course in this series of classes should be able to sit for the Certified Administrative Professional certification rating, which is the industry  standard of proficiency for office administrators.  This certification is administered by the International Association of Administration Professionals.  You do not have to be a member in order to take the exam.
